Wow, after all the issues with season 2 (OST etc.) Noragami is still pulling OK numbers all things considered. Again, I’m just grateful that a second season was made in the first place.

Is the dragon ball series still a big thing in Japan? Can’t be right? Even Japanese would understand that the producers are sucking any life remaining out of it. And the BDs and DVD sales look terrible or is it a main stream show not a late night show?
Disc sales aren’t a big deal for Dragonball. Ratings or merchandise would be. The movies definitely still attract a crowd. Fukkatsu no F pulled in ¥3.7bn just under a year ago. The 2013 film did ¥3bn. I don’t know how well Super is doing, but disc sales would be one of the last measurements I’d use to find out.
